Shannon Dsouza

I’m a London-based Product Designer with 5+ years of experience designing digital products across fintech, analytics, enterprise software, B2C, and AI-enabled platforms. My work focuses on translating complex systems into intuitive, accessible experiences through discovery, interaction design, clear workflows and strong visual craft. I’ve led end-to-end UX projects and collaborated closely with product and engineering teams to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.

I recently completed an MSc in Human-Computer Interaction Design at City, St George’s University of London, where I explored the intersection of design, technology, and human behaviour. My dissertation examined how AI-enabled fitness tools support trust, personalisation, and long-term engagement, using a research-through-design approach to inform future health and wellbeing technologies.

Since childhood, I’ve had a creative inclination, from sketching to crafting pixel-perfect digital illustrations. This passion continues to shape how I approach design today, making technology both user-friendly and visually delightful. My bachelor’s degree in business also helps me blend creativity with analytical reasoning.

Beyond design, I enjoy travelling, strength training, and experimenting with cooking new cuisines.
